Service Furniture Collection
On Thursday we unveiled our latest design, a bar trolley as part of the “Service Furniture” collection from Ediciones Jalapa and La Carpintería MX. Five young designers, Anais Calderon, Rodrigo Da Silva, Emiliano Hamui, Ricardo Rodriguez and myself created object according to E/J brief focused on bringing back certain furniture elements that are not so common today. Working with the wood workshop La Carpinteria MX, all objects used the same type of wood and followed a language articulated by the workshops’ process. We had a great opening night and you can still visit this exhibition (and buy the pieces of course) at the gallery space.
