Busy week at the Abierto Mexicano de Diseño

Last week was really busy for JD-E at the Abierto Mexicano de Diseño. The International Business Design Fair that occurs within the AMD hosted Generación DECODE 2014, an exhibition Designaholic (one of JD's projects) & Toc Toc organize. We had a great time mounting the exhibition and welcoming every visitor to it. JD and Alexis also gave a lecture about the project on Saturday.

Radio Arquitectura is one of the best referrals for Mexican Design & Architecture, with a Podcast and website that has many years on air. During the AMD, JD was invited to record a show where all projects like the studio, Ofimodul, Panorámica, Decode, and Designaholic were discussed.

JD's latest design for Ofimodul, the BNQ Chair was also exhibited during the AMD at the MUMEDI as finalist of the MX Sillas contest. It was great to see our design alongside great designs from dear friends and colleagues.

Finally, Jorge Diego gave the lecture "Design Beyond Objects" at the IBDF Auditorium.

We thank everyone that visited the exhibition and assisted the lectures. We also congratulate the AMD for a very succesful second edition.
