Sushiware
For the Alessi workshop by Laura Polinoro, participants were challenged to think ahead for future kitchen concepts following the idea-project-object stages of the company's methodology. My concept started from the idea that foreign food types have lifecycles. They inflitrate our eating habits until they are part of our home cooking repertoir, creating the need for new tools and designs. The project evolved into a Tupperware for sushi that can be used for eating, storing, and transporting sushi rolls.

Project in collaboration with Tim Emmott.
