FOOD DESIGN - CEDIM
As a teacher at Monterrey's CEDIM, I designed the Food Design course where 3rd semester ID students created a conceptual packaging for PEPSICO brands in Mexico. The brief ''think beyond packaging'' led students to create a meaningful experience for consumers based on a user-centered design methodology, packaging trends analysis and conceptual development. All of their solutions were limited to the packaging, making them feasible concepts for the company.
The students participating were:
Raquel Montemayor
Jimena Rodriguez
Diego Rodriguez
Nancy Vallejo
The prototypes were presented during CEDIM's Satellite Exhibition with huge success.
