Icatli
A tribute to Mexican furniture and craftmanship. Icatli is a reinterpretation of the Equipale, a Mexican icon produced since Aztec times. The idea was to create a "contemporary-mexican" design that stood up for our culture, traditions, and identity, but with a modern twist that would set it apart from antique furniture. A full scale prototype is currently under production for the Dimueble design contest final.
