A place to throw rocks

The Vitra workshops at Boisbuchet are a place for creative freedom and experimentation. The brief "Creation is a serious play" set by designer Satyendra Pakhale encouraged participants to find different approaches of creation, stepping away from a design object and focusing on the materials, interactions, and nature around. The result was a place for people to relax, chat, and throw rocks.

Project in collaboration with David Dahlhaus and Sergio Mendoza.

The setting: Domaince de Boisbuchet, France.

Workshop led by Satyendra Pakhale.

Experimenting with found materials.

Rocks around Boisbuchet provoked an interesing interaction.

An experience built around throwing rocks.

Our team had only three days to construct the design.
